Delta arranges debt financing with traditional (banks, insurance companies, SBA) and non-traditional (Reits, L.P.’s, Debt Pools) sources. We draw our relationships around the country as well as internationally.
Financing requirements generally range from $500,000 to $10,000,000.
Many good companies just have too much debt. Delta has restructured $300 million in small business debt for clients and their banks. Restructured loans averaged $1,000,000 in size and in many cases as much as 50% of the loan was cancelled.
